Learn to Swim Programme
We are passionate about creating a friendly, fun and safe environment for all our swimmers. From their first splash to their first medal and beyond, we are there to support, develop and inspire each swimmer.
We firmly believe in a holistic approach to teaching swimming, our lessons combine the fundamental skills of:
- water confidence
- buoyancy and balance
- rotation and orientation
- travel and coordination
- streamlining and aquatic breathing
- entries, exits, water safety and healthy living
By bringing together these core aspects of swimming, we offer a cohesive, comprehensive and progressive pathway from our ‘ Parent and Baby’ class to our ‘Competitive Swim Programme’.
We are proud to integrate the British ASA Learn to Swim/Aquatic Skills Framework into our swimming programme. The award scheme is an invaluable tool to motivate and record the progression of each student. Through this proven Framework we are able to help your child develop into a happy, confident, and well-rounded swimmer with a lifelong love of swimming.
Our coaches hold internationally recognised teaching and coaching certificates, first aid certificates and Hong Kong Bronze medallion lifesaving awards.
