Junior Sports has been our signature programme for over 35 years.

The programme introduces a wide variety of skills and sports delivered in a safe, fun environment.

The guiding aim of this programme is to develop as many positive attitudes towards physical activity as possible so an active and healthy lifestyle is continued throughout life.

These fun classes offer an overview and introduction to a wide variety of sports and provide an excellent foundation for Physical Education and sport .

Children learn to listen and follow instructions through activities they enjoy, developing the fundamental skills which are an imperative part of every child’s physical development.
