Multi-Sport offer swimming lessons for all age groups across various locations on Hong Kong Island.

Learn to Swim Programme

We are passionate about creating a friendly, fun and safe environment for all our swimmers. From their first splash to their first medal and beyond, we are there to support, develop and inspire each swimmer.

We firmly believe in a holistic approach to teaching swimming, our lessons combine the fundamental skills of:

  • water confidence
  • buoyancy and balance
  • rotation and orientation
  • travel and coordination
  • streamlining and aquatic breathing
  • entries, exits, water safety and healthy living

By bringing together these core aspects of swimming, we offer a cohesive, comprehensive and progressive pathway from our ‘ Parent and Baby’ class to our ‘Competitive Swim Programme’.

We are proud to integrate the British ASA Learn to Swim/Aquatic Skills Framework into our swimming programme. The award scheme is an invaluable tool to motivate and record the progression of each student. Through this proven Framework we are able to help your child develop into a happy, confident, and well-rounded swimmer with a lifelong love of swimming.

Our coaches hold internationally recognised teaching and coaching certificates, first aid certificates and Hong Kong Bronze medallion lifesaving awards.

Competitive Swim Programme

Dolphins Swim Team

The Hong Kong Dolphins Swimming Squad is for those who enjoy swimming and are enthusiastic about training in a competitive environment. Potential Dolphins swimmers must complete an assessment or progress through our Multi-Sport Advanced class.

Our guiding aim is to ensure our swim training sessions are as enjoyable and inspiring as possible. We do this by finding a good balance between fitness/stamina sessions and stroke/skill based sessions where swimmers learn to correct and improve their stroke to the most efficient techniques.

The Junior Dolphins and Senior Dolphins are grouped by ability rather than age with swimmers ranging from 8yrs – 18yrs. Sessions are held over 1 to 2 hours depending on the day, with distances covered between 1000m – 3000m. Swimmers are expected to join at least 2 of the 3 ‘Age Group Swimming Galas’ to obtain updated times for recorded improvement – The competitions are held throughout the season.
